Incorrect bill

Hi,

Would a kind member of staff take a look at my April bill? I was charged  £30.94. My cpi increase was £3.17. At the time, my monthly bill was £20.74, so clearly I was overcharged. I'm aware of Plusnet's, less than perfect, billing system, and I know refunds are being issued, but just wanted to make sure I'm in the refund queue.
