How to attach multiple files to an OpenTicket update?

I don't know if it is even possible to attach multiple files. As far as I can tell if you try to add a second file it replaces the first file you have attached. There is, of course, a 4Mb size limitation but that isn't a problem, I'm just trying to attach four small files.

You should be able to attach files one at a time, by selecting the file and submitting your response, then rinse and repeat.

Let me know if that doesn't work though?
