How to answer a question

Hi,
I've just joined Plusnet and have been asked a question but can see nowhere to answer it?
The question came via email and is asking which of my two lines are they to take over?

@Iandgriffiths  Best way would be to get on to "Live Chat" sometime after 6pm as it will be quieter then...

You may get a message saying your browser is blocking live chat... in which case. I suggest you download and install OPERA or Internet Explorer, and use them  "as is" with no settings applied.  It is easier than trying to figure out what is blocking  . keep either, or both as "standby" browsers and use only for Live Chat in future needs.
