Why do I suddenly have a Home Phone Credit limit when my plan is for unlimited UK landline & mobile calls? I received a message advising me that I had used some credit and advised me to top it up. When I looked at my unbilled calls list it showed I was going to be charged for a uk landline call which had lasted more than 60 mins. Unlimited surely means unlimited doesn't it?

- Inclusive calls to international numbers become chargeable after 60 minutes
- Calls to Plusnet Support are free for the duration of the call, regardless of length
Inclusive calls that become chargeable are charged at the relevant rate until the end of the call. The call set up fee is not applied.
