Ho can I confirm that my product is changing?

I just realised that I didn't get an email confirmation. My bill date is tomorrow and I can't find any trace of my product request in the plusnet convoluted account settings. I also no longer have the option to change available.
How can I test that it is registered or alert peopl to my requirement?

I do indeed have a closed question confirming my change hidden between a list of usage warnings. I don't realised I could pull up that list.

Looks like the account change went ahead as scheduled last night, hope all is good with the account?

It's actually marked when you choose the account to upgrade? i.e. if upgrading to Unlimited there's an Unlimited (contracted) option which is cheaper than the regular Unlimited option?

I was going to ask the same question.
Wouldn't it be useful to be sent an email as well??? (Perhaps that should go in the "Your Feedback" forum )
