Ho can I confirm that my product is changing?

A few days ago I filled in a product change request from extra to unlimited because I am exceeding the 60gb usage limit.
I just realised that I didn't get an email confirmation. My bill date is tomorrow and I can't find any trace of my product request in the plusnet convoluted account settings. I also no longer have the option to change available.
How can I test that it is registered or alert peopl to my requirement?
Cheers

Thanks Oldjim you are a star.
I do indeed have a closed question confirming my change hidden between a list of usage warnings. I don't realised I could pull up that list.
Thanks again

Hi there,
Looks like the account change went ahead as scheduled last night, hope all is good with the account?

I suggest you check you 'Questions' in Account summary. You may find you have committed yourself to a further 12 month contract without realising it. In their service notice they don't say it is a NEW contracrt - just    Wevegotyou (Contracted).

Hi there,
It's actually marked when you choose the account to upgrade? i.e. if upgrading to Unlimited there's an Unlimited (contracted) option which is cheaper than the regular Unlimited option?

Yes it says that but you might already be on a contract which has not finished. It should say Plusnet Unlimited (New Contract). Sneaky eh.

Thanks cossack101 for asking the question, and to Oldjim for providing the link https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search
I was going to ask the same question.
Wouldn't it be useful to be sent an email as well??? (Perhaps that should go in the "Your Feedback" forum  Roll_eyes )

Hurrah! Makes life easier all round when the customer has a "receipt" in the form of an email  Wink

Re: Ho can I confirm that my product is changing?

There is already a 'receipt' in the form of a service notice in My Questions. However newer members don't think to look there. The promised email should solve that problem.
