there has been progress within Billing and a number of the ongoing issues have been brought to a close.
Could you highlight what has been fixed @Satss

Thanks for getting back in touch.
Whilst we are making positive steps in a number of key areas for the billing system, unfortunately we would not be able to provide a comprehensive list of resolve queries as this is part of the internal investigations into the issues themselves.

And the page that let's me acknowledge and click to continue will not load.
Can you remove the restrictions please so I can pay my bill?

Hi there, Please could you remove the failed billing page from my account because it hasn't worked for ages.
I am also paying tomorrow. I really need to access my GP services today but it wont let me..
Why is it that it lets you play games and entertainment but wont load the plusnet website so you can make a payment?

What were you seeing? Connection refused?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Yet again I have just been blocked so yet again can you take off the block so I can use my broadband that I am paying you to provide me.
How you keep getting away with blocking people still after months of you knowing about the billing issue is beyond me and it needs to stop as you are breaking the terms of the contract I have with you.

If not then on day one of billing your account will fall into failed payments and you will see the slash screen. Are you respirating you do not see it or that there’s no continue option displayed?

I have removed the restrictions for you.
You might have to reboot the router for this to take effect.
