Ended contract early when do i get my final bill?

My 18 month contract was due to expire on 22nd Dec .I decided to switch rather than renew and the switch took place on 2nd dec.So there is a small penalty to pay plus the service i used from my previous billig date on 22nd nov to 2nd dec. Wnen can i expect my final bill and is there any special proceedure for payment?

Your final bill is usually issued within 20 days, and just leave your DD in place until it has been paid - if that is how you usually paid.
