End my contract

I am moving house, and will be using a different provider in my new place. My contract runs out 19th November & would like to end the contract before this if possible! If not, I would like confirmation it will not automatically renew.

Hi @IssyMay, thanks for getting in touch. I'm afraid we can't arrange account cancellation via tis support channel however if you give our Cancellations team a cal via the number below then they should be able to assist you with this. They are contactable directly on 0800 013 2632 and they are open between the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00
Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00
