Discount not as expected

Hi,

I upgraded to Full Fibre 900 last December, and the package included a discount of £27.90 for 24 months, taking the bill down to £39.99 a month at the time.

My bills since have been higher than I would have expected, and on checking, it seems like the discount I'm getting is only £17.21, meaning I've been paying slightly over £10 a month more than I should have been.

Could someone look into this please, and either apply the correct discount (with corrections for the previous months), or explain why I haven't been receiving the discount I expected from my package?
