Quidco Cashback Declined

I recently switched to Plusnet from Virgin through Quidco to get the £75 cashback.

This was all tracked in Quidco but today it is showing as Declined. I don't understand this as part of my reason for switching was to get the cashback. Can anyone advise how to complain?

Was there a Plusnet cashback offered with the deal ? It's only possible to claim one or the other

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
