Bills

Hi

Please could I have some copies of my bills for Nov 2023, Dec 2023, Jan 2024, Mar 2024 and April 2024. I have previously had a spreadsheet of the information sent to me as the physical bills were not available.

Thank you

Re: Bills

Hi @Toynet

You should be able to access your historical bills via the online member centre. Are you able to access this or are you having issues?

For reference, the link is below:

Many Thanks

Re: Bills

@lahbrannan1  billing history will only go back so far, currently to Jun 24. I think @Toynet is asking for information on bills prior to that. AFAIK that's not available.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Re: Bills

Hey @MisterW

You are correct. Any bills before that date, it is not possible for us to get even on our end.

Re: Bills

Having had a look at mine it appears that the previous 15 monthly bills are available for download using the customer-facing web interface. Which is why I *never* go paperless. You never know when you are going to need bills older than the past 15 months.

Re: Bills

Perhaps you are going to have to start mailing out either the .PDFs as attachments (rather than a weblink) or have facilities for paper bills? There are perfectly valid requirements to have access to such data/billing (IMO).

Re: Bills

When I was with PN, i used to download my invoice as soon as I was advised it was available (as a PDF) so  I had it available if I needed it.

Re: Bills

Indeed. I think our working practiices may be broadly aligned on this,

Opinion.

It is not inconceivable that people may think the weblink in the e-mail received from a provider of a service may be persistent and therefore the document could be downloaded at a future date. Nothing ever disappears on the web? Does it? Apparently it can.

Re: Bills

@jab1 Me too. In fact all of my utility bills (gas, electric, water, etc.). Also payslips, P60's. Always worth keeping on your own local drive.
