Billing Arrears - support from PLUSNET

I have fell into arrears with my bill as I have lost my job and trying to manage a reduced income and cover my bills. My broadband has been restricted etc.

Just wodneringf if there is any welfare support or that to arrange to get me back online and pay arrears,
