Thank you for reaching out via your Community Forum, I'd also like to apologise for the issues you're having in paying your bill. I wouldn't worry just yet about a late payment fee, as this is only applied once we reach day 14 of failed billing. I know that our billing pages can be a little temperamental at times, Have a go and clearing your browsing cookies and cache and try again, you can also try a different browser if you have one.
