Bill query

I paid £209.88 for a years line rental in July 2020.  My bills were fine until the February 2021 bill. This includes line rental for £20.29.

My bills are usually 11.15  (Broadband)+ calls about £11/12 in total

This month it has shot up to £26.25 in total. 

Why is this?

@cardplayer4 Has your fixed price broadband contract ended? Have you made more calls than usual? Check the breakdown in your bill to see if that clarifies the issue.

My query is why am I paying £20.29 line rental - when I paid for 12 months upfront in July 2020?

Apologies - I misunderstood the figures in  your first post. Sounds like yet another Plusnet problem with LRS which is one reason why they are about to discontinue it. Hopefully a Plusnet rep will be along to sort it out.
