Account Restricted

It seems my account is restricted, there is an outstanding balance of £20 which will be cleared shortly (went a bit mad Christmas shopping and waaaaay overspent so no ones fault but mine!). The message on my account page suggested that I could lift the restriction now and pay within the next 12 days. After 12 days I would be restricted again and a late fee would be applied which is fine, I appreciate the grace period to be honest and it will be cleared within that time.. I'm still restricted despite clicking to reconnect though.. Can this be sorted or will it only be lifted once the balance is paid?
