Good morning.
Hopefully someone from Plusnet will be able to advise on the following:
I signed up to Plusnet on 5 August 2019 via the Broadband Choices website. My service start date was deferred until 10 September 2019 following my request via this forum.
My service started on 10 September 2019.
As I have not received any communication, either at sign up or since, about the £60 cashback that was an element of the 18-month contract that I signed up to, I should be grateful if someone would be able to advise when/how this will be actioned.
Having read other posts on cashback in this forum, I can confirm that I have checked my email account, including spam, and no email has been received on this subject (although I have received all other Plusnet correspondence on line speed etc).

Hi @mjwexe, thanks for getting in touch.
From checking our system, it's showing an email was sent this morning to claim the reward. As you've advised you haven't received this, we'd be happy to claim this for you from our side. Once claimed your reward card would then be processed and sent to you within 30 days.
Let us know how you want to proceed.

I have again checked my email but can find no message relating to cashback. I did receive a message this morning about line speed.
Before proceeding, you made mention of a 'reward card'. What exactly is that, as the Terms and Conditions of the offer I signed up to state that I will receive a '£60 cashback cheque'?
Perhaps you would clarify this before I proceed.

Reward Card/Cashback can get mixed up sometimes in the confirmation.
Either way, we're more than happy to auto redeem this for you and you should receive either a cheque or cashback card in the next 30 days. Please get back to us at your earliest convenience if you would like us to proceed.

However I am no clearer from your response as to what a Reward Card is. The terms and Conditions of the offer state as follows: "You'll receive a £60 cashback cheque."
Please explain what a Reward Card is. Is it cash or is it linked to a retailer, such as M&S or Amazon?

It is a BT rewards card preloaded to be used at most places that accept MasterCard

Please let us know when to redeem your cashback whether this is a Rewards Card or Cheque.
