No cashback email received

I've not received an email to claim my cashback. My broadband was activated on 10/09/2019. I've checked my spam folder.

 

I've seen many posts on the community about this - perhaps there's a problem with the system?

Hi @marshallandy83, thanks for getting in touch. 

 

From checking our systems, it is showing an email was sent on 10/09/2019 to claim your reward. As you haven't received this, we'd be happy manually redeem this for you. Once redeemed, your reward card would be processed and sent within 30 days.

Hi Alice,

 

I've definitely not received an email - I think someone needs to take a look at whatever problem the system has.

 

In the meantime, please manually redeem this for me Smiley
