unable to make calls from 2 of our Plusnet phones in the Horley (Surrey) & Gatwick (Sussex) areas

Unable to make or receive any calls on our 2 PlusNet phones. Been like this since 18:00 today. What's happening? This is the second time this year this has happened. Pretty shoddy!

We’re aware that some Plusnet Mobile customers are experiencing problems making and receiving calls at the moment. Data, messaging services and text messages are working as normal.

We’re working with our network partners to fix this issue as quickly as possible, and we’re very sorry to affected customers for the inconvenience caused.
