cant make phone calls

Im experiencing a problem with my plusnet mobile im unable to make any phonecalls it just ends im unable to contact support as the number just cuts off and live chat is unavailable texts and 4g is fine just phone calls is there some issue?

Hi all,

We’ve now resolved a technical issue that caused some of our customers to experience problems making and receiving calls for a short period yesterday evening. Data, messaging and text messages were working as normal during this time. We worked as quickly as possible to fix the issue and we’d like to apologise to our mobile customers for any inconvenience.
