It's very disappointing that even after at least 4 interventions by the Help team , we are still no further towards getting an explanation for this.🙄

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
Hi, I suppose. I received a response with an explanation for the issue, that was basically that some numbers were incorrectly listed as "Mobile UK Other" numbers, when they were in fact just normal "Mobile UK" numbers, and the former category was chargeable. Apparently this is now fixed.
