WiFi calling

When I signed up for PN mobile the guy told me they were working on making EEs Wifi calling app available.  I signed up my husband and daughter but, as i work in a very poor signal area, i stayed with Vodafone as we have a sure signal in the office.  I'm almost at the end of my contract and really want to swap over, does anyone know if this service is available or likely to be available anytime soon?

Thanks for getting in touch. Although we use EE's network, we're still a separate entity and as EE are a Premium Brand, they're able to offer Premium Services such as WiFi calling etc. At Plusnet Mobile, we're proud to be a Value Brand and offer super competitive tariffs for low consumers, however; we don't have the facility to provide Premium Services such as WiFi calling and I'm afraid this isn't something we're able to introduce. I'm really sorry about that! 

We appreciate and welcome all feedback points, so I'll certainly pass any comments across to the relevant department to review. -Ashleigh
