Sim still not arrived :/

My first sim was ordered online and came the next day, and ported number next day s0rted 😀

i ordered the second via sales team unfortunatly i also gave my pac code which in hindsight was a mistake.

because now my number has been ported on a sim i haven't got. So i have no phone for the weekend 😠

 

Can someone organise a special delivery for tomorrow ?

I'm sorry to read you've received your simcard before your transfer has completed, has this since been rectified? If not please drop me a PM with the following info and we can go from there: 

 

- Your full name and confirmation you are the account holder

- Your full address with postcode

- Your Plusnet mobile number

Nah! @Mads that wasn't the problem, i hadn't received my sim, but got notification that the transfer had been succesfully completed, so had no working sim in the phone.

 

.....Anyway sorry for delay.. it did eventually arrive for the weekend #YaY:
