plusnet emails dissapeared from gmail inbox

My plusnet email has not been moved to greenby yet.
I read my emails in gmail app and all my emails that were in the inbox for all of just January have dissapeared. Emails received since do remain in there. The emails that have dissapeared from the gmail inbox are in still in the plusnet webmail. Any ideas. Could it be something to do with my account being to greenby. I havn't deleted them from gmail app.

Also can't send emails in webmail. Shows my email address as username@username.imap.plus.net instead of username@username.plus.com  with error 500. Can send from gmail though.
