SIM replacement

Hello, I just got a new phone, but my SIM card is too big. I need a nano SIM, is there any wat this could be sent to me or do I need to phone in and try to arrange for a new SIM card?

@Emm1  Welcome to the forum.

If you have a relatively new SIM it will be a 3 in 1 type. Take your SIM card out you should find that it is perforated for smaller SIMs and all that you need to do is push the smaller SIM out of the centre.

Hello, thanks for the reply, unfortunately it's not the 3 in 1 type, I've had my old phone for a number of years now and the SIM is too big, there's no way in making it fit.

In the meantime, you can try the old scissors trick and see if that works.
