Hi - I can't log into my SIM only account. I no longer have the SIM or number without which I cannot seem to recover the password. Can anyone suggest how I should proceed please? Thanks.

Sorry for the delay, have you received any emails from us notifying you about your bill?
If so we'd include your mobile number at the top of the email which you can use to reset your password.

Hi, thanks for coming back to me. I'm not aware that I had any email notification. Is there any way that the account can be recovered by other means?
