Just spoken to customer services regarding premium texts to TV competitions Gadget Show et al, and have been told that Plusnet does not support texting/calling these numbers due to the way the texts are charged back?. Would have been useful if this was made more clear in their joining information on their website. May have made me think twice before moving from my previous provider........
