Plusnet mobile signal issues 23/12/16

Hi all,

Just a quick update! This issue has now be resolved and you should be good to go! If you're still experiencing any hiccups with your signal, try the following re-boot:

  • Turn the handset off.
  • Take the SIM card out.
  • Leave it for a couple of minutes.
  • Replace the SIM card.
  • Turn the handset back on.

This refreshes the signal to the SIM card.
