No mobile signal
How do I go about receiving compensation, there has been no mobile phone signal in my area for over a month now and everyone I know on EE has received at least £100 compensation

I'm really sorry to see you've not had no signal for over a month. Is there a logged service problem in your area?

We generally wouldn't provide compensation for a problem that's affecting one area, but we'd be happy to look at a fair and proportionate goodwill gesture though once you're up and running again.
