Multiple bolt-on purchases

Have tried to buy a 250MB bolt-on by SMS today with some difficulty, and have (so far) received three SMS acknowledgements and two purchases showing on my account on the website. How do I make sure I only get charged for one?

Just to confirm we've added a credit onto your account to cover the two excess bolt-ons and also a £1.50 that was going to be applied for out of bundle usage (before the bolt on applied). This will show on your next bill.
