Migration from 3 to 4G not working

Hi All

I negotiated a new deal with Plusnet this week from 3 to 4G. I received a new sim and on calling Customer Service I was told the activation would take up to 2 hours.

The activation didn't happen and my 3G sim would no longer work so I called back to report the problem on another phone.

This time I was told that there was a problem with 3 to 4G activation but Customer Service could not tell me when this would be resolved.

There is nothing about this problem on the Service Updates- has anyone else had a similar problem?

Hi Joe, 

On rare occasions, it's possible for us to hit a 'snag' with one of our services. Although we work hard to ensure this doesn't occur, if this does happen, it's automatically raised with our Operations Team who work to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

I completely understand the frustration that this may have caused and although we cannot advise of a timescale at this stage, rest assured the Team are working on this; we should be back up and running in no time.

Is it still not working or has the issue happened again? Can't migrate my 3G to 4G (and upgrade the plan) for 2 days now.

it has now been 10 days and 3 sims- still not migrated.

is this what "no time" means to Plusnet when doing me proud?
