Lost SIM card but can’t call

Hi there, I require a replacement SIM card as I have lost my current one whilst abroad. As I don’t have a SIM and am abroad I am unable to call to request a new one. Is there a way I can direct message Plusnet my details so that a new SIM can be sent to my home address?

Oh no what an absolute pain that is, I know it can cause a right annoyance when you should be enjoying your holiday from when it has happened to me.
