Unable to log into the Plusnet Mobile App on a new Android Device.

A very quick pop-up bar with a small green Phone symbol: 📞Mobile Number
                                                                                                           Google Smart Lock

As I say, this is 'Blink and You Miss It' quick.

I've spent hours going through google's All&Nothing.  The Handset is OUKITEL_K9_V30 Running Android Version 9.  I haven't had this problem with any other App (so far).  Johnnie.

I'm sorry this has happened and I can appreciate how frustrating this must be as I know it would frustrate me.  

 

There was an issue with app and it's now been sorted. Can you uninstall and reinstall the app and let me know if you can get on?
