Upgrading phone staying on Plusnet Mobile

Very simple question.
I have a Samsung S9 and will be upgrading in the future to a new Samsung phone, which takes the same type of sim card.
Do I simply transfer the sim to my new phone and the plusnet sim will work (as now) ?? (Without any other intervention)

Thanks, knew that. The Plusnet Mobile faq has always been unclear on my simple query. Now clear.
