Inaccurate billing arithmetic...!!!
I have noticed that some of my bills are inaccurately added, by 1p, in Plusnet's favour. Surely this is something that should be addressed as a matter of urgency before Trading Standards get involved.
The specific bills I have noticed so far (there may be others) are;
7567189, 6900698, 7230581, 6573838.
If Plusnet Mobile has 1M customers that will make an additional £120k revenue per year......!!!!!!
It's not the cost, it's the fact that I can't trust the billing system and will have to check ALL my Plusnet bills (3/month) to be sure.
The customer services operator on the phone didn't care.......

I'm very sorry you didn't feel adequately treated on the phone.
I'm certain this will be a either a VAT-related quirk or a side-effect of how we display decimal figures on the bill, but if you'd like to Private Message me some information I'll be more than happy to take a look into this for you.
