Greece roaming charges

I am in Greece and being charged for roaming. I understood that Greece is band 1 roaming. I can’t contact plusnet to change my smartcap as the contact number doesn’t work from here. Can anyone help?

Are you close to a border? For example, if you are picking up a closer Turkish service you will be charged as zone 2.

I’m picking up Nova. I could try manually selecting a different network but how can I tell whether the problem is fixed?
