Having just become a new plusnet customer moving over from Orange, I can't find any option within the "my account" section to switch content lock on or off.
What's the procedure for removing content lock with plusnet?

Is this the adult content filter that is on by default? I think you can either contact the mobile customer services or send a PM to one of the reps on here and it can get sorted that way. It was done for a few users here:

We can add or remove the Adult Content Lock from our system and it usually takes 2 hours to take effect. If you would like me to get this sorted for you, please send me a private message and I'll do the rest! -Ashleigh

I have a similar problem in that as a new plusnet user I wish to have any content lock removed from my mobile [Removed].

I would also advise to remove your mobile number from the post due to security and data protection.
