Seems like this is not a "one off" it's now happen to me, I need more data due to work /home life change during March -October and now I'm left with only 2gb
What is being done to resolve this I need a uplift on the data now, please advise

Customer services added a bolt on for me too, but seem not to answer the question of what is the root cause, as if this is not known likely to keep happening to other customers too.

The same thing has just happened to me today I should have been upgraded today and its been put back to 6th April and so I called 500 about it, they said similar and added a 1.5Gb and 1000 minute bolt on in place of my lost data.
However, just logged into my account and it appears I have been charged £22 for the bolt ons! What!? Is this a mistake or am I going to have to call again?
