If you’ve ordered a router from us then you should expect to receive the router 1-2 working days prior to the scheduled completion date of your broadband/FTTC order. You should receive an e-mail and text message (if applicable) to advise you that your router has been dispatched. If you’ve not been notified of this 2-3 days prior to your order completion date please let us know by calling our Support Team on 0800 432 0200 (from a landline) or 0345 140 0200 (from a mobile) so that we can investigate this for you.
