Hello!

Hi everyone,

 

Joined yesterday and thought I'd post a brief "hello".

 

Confession time: I'm not currently a Plusnet customer. I was a few years ago (only left because I moved house and the new landlord was with a different provider). I'm not a million miles away though - presently with John Lewis.

I’m a bit late, but welcome to our community forums anyway @Texel Cheesy

As staff we can’t help with John Lewis Broadband here, but I’m sure the rest of the community will be able to help if you have any problems.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
