Upgrade to EE

I was informed some months ago that as a Plusnet customer, I would be migrated to EE. A new router arrived. I then informed Plusnet that my email address was an earlier type, and they put the migration on hold whilst my emails were transfered to Greenby.  As the amails have now moved over, when am I likely to be transfered to EE?

I have tried phoning Plusnet but just get a loop of awful music (sounds like a stuck record) and no-one ever answers.

Grarteful for any helpful response, this whole business is takingb hours and hours of my time.

@lucidsounds

I assume you want to keep your landline.

You could stay with PN, either without a phone or by using a VOIP provider.

Re: Upgrade to EE

Yes, my preference - at present - is to keep my landline. That was always the arrangement, the only sticking point was migration of the email address which was an ancient .ic24.net one that Plusnet inherited from Madasafish. Now that has been completed, I'm trying to establish what Plusnet's plans are re going over to EE.
