I would like to join the IPv6 trial if there is more capacity. I am a full fibre customer.
Could you add me please? Looking forward to trying it out.

Plusnet staff can often identify user accounts via the email address associated with the forum user or via the IP address they use to post on here. The latter is not fool proof as they could be posting on a phone over a mobile network.
Users ought not to be offering the usernames unless a staff member requests them to do so (via a PM).
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Surprised that all these potential applicants are revealing their usernames on a public forum, not a good thing to do.🙄
I think it's bad only because usernames are linked to hostnames on Plusnet systems. At least my public hostname is [my_username].plus.com.
Most ISPs I know generate hostnames from the IP address (sometimes reversed). I think that would offer more privacy if Plusnet implemented that, too. Because currently, anyone pinging (-a) any Plusnet IP address will be shown the customer's login username.
BTW, reconfirming my interest in the IPv6 trial (@dave).

Oh dear!! I thought I advised or informed directly aligned to your question of how can said people find information without PMs? ![]()
Real Plusnet staff do not need PMs as they can find the information which, for the forum staff, needs to be conveyed by PMs ... which as you rightly note is somewhat tedious.

@kashmiri The other thing with Plusnet usernames is that they are used for email addresses such as [email protected] and there has been a lot of spam generated using Plusnet addresses.
You can request a change to your rDNS and from what I remember when I had a static address years ago the usual format was your reversed IP address.
