"phone order in progress" preventing renewal

My Account is showing "An error has occurred. You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress."

 

Please can this be resolved as I am not aware of any outstanding orders and I would love to get started on my renewal.

Don't fight it. Ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632. There's rarely much of a delay on this line.

I'm really sorry to hear you are having an issue re-contracting through your online account, I have fixed this for you and you should be able to take a new deal online.
