Plusnet removed 1571 without asking

I changed my account to have an anytime call plan included; that will happen at the next bill, apparently.

I've  just received an email stating that 1571 has been removed; I didn't want or request this.

When I try to reinstate it, a message states I can't, as there is an action on my account.

I'm a customer of only a few months; why has this happened? I really need 1571.

Hi there, I'm sorry about the issue with your 1571 voicemail, I've just checked your account and can see you called in this morning and it should now be working fine. Please let me know if there's still an issue and I'll take another look into it for you.
