We need a line test

Hi. Our phone line is down but the broadband is working. We have tried all the troubleshooting advice including slotting the line into the back face of the master socket and changing the handset but the line is still dead. Is there a link on the website so we can test the line?

Why not ? you have said the phone is dead, but the Broadband is working. This suggests that the phone Side of you circuit is damaged, therefore a phone fault report is in order.
Do you mean the cable is physically down?

No, you were asking us to phone Plusnet when we had no working phone! We have now filed a report using a neighbours phone. Thank you for your help.

I've never had a mobile..correct...still some dinosaurs walking the earth haha A form of e-mail fault report I could have managed but Plusnet do not recognise the difficulties of older people like myself. Best wishes.

There used to be a web site telephone fault bot which could be used to kick off a line fault test.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
