Plusnet Call Protect not working

I got a phone call today that I wanted to block, so after I ended the call I dialled 1572 expecting to hear the menu (as happened previously). However, there was just silence. I have checked that Call Protect is activated in my Phone Account and it certainly has the little green box there so it appears that it is.

 

Does anyone know what is going on and how I can get PCP working again?

It's possible that the feature may not be active on our back end systems.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

It looks like the call feature is active on the line so I'm going to remove it then re-add it as that usually fixes these type of problems. We'll let you know when it's re-added.
