Please can you confirm when my phone line will be connected and my existing number will be retained. I've opened question ref 109002329 if anyone at Plusnet would like to reespond

I've checked your account and can see you've closed Ticket: 109002329 and the line is now working (I'm assuming this is why you closed the ticket)
Unfortunately, it does appear you number may have been lost as the line was stopped by your previous provider, so we had to restart the line as opposed to taking over the service.

Well you really (and I mean really) need to change your main website as this information is given to me today
