No caller ID

Hello. I've had Plusnet for a few months now and my caller ID has never worked.
I am being billed for the service but Calling *#234# or *234# it says "The service requested is not available on this line"
Caller ID worked with my previous provider so I know the problem isn't my phone.
Could someone please look into this for me?

For some reason it hadn't been added to your account, I've ordered that now and it should be active later today.
I can see you've paid for 3 months whilst it hasn't been on, I'll go refund those now.
