No Caller ID

Hi

Could you have a look on the account "[Removed]", the phone line has transferred and call ID is setup in the control panel but currently does not display on the phones, could you check its been activated?

There doesn't appear to be any call features on the account you've provided.

 

You should be able to add it on through the member centre here: https://portal.plus.net/plustalk/index.php?page=wlr_add_call_features
