Need my phone socket moving

iam needing my phone socket to be moved and replaced due to the socket been faulty i beleive to have this done it cost £65 if your a plusnet customer please do you know when they can come to do the work with current lockdown issues

Regulations dictate that this should be done by Openreach and they have stated that they will not be entering private properties until further notice, so don't hold your beath whilst waiting!

Thanks for getting in touch @Paulgotroutert To move a master telephone socket this will cost a one off charge of £160 however as @Baldrick1 has indicated, the earliest we'd be able to arrange this is June or perhaps later depending on the lockdown. We'd charge £65 if an engineer needs to replace the master socket rather than move.

Out of curiosity what's wrong with the socket? I've also added a reply to your support ticket under ID 201156477.
